This website has no forms, no cookies, no analytics and loads no third party resources. Browsing it sends us no personal data.
Server logs
The hosting provider automatically records IP address, date, time, requested page and browser for security reasons and to keep the service running (legal basis: legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f GDPR). Logs are kept only as long as strictly necessary and then deleted.
Phone and WhatsApp
If you call or message us on WhatsApp, we use your number only to answer your request, for example a booking (legal basis: pre contractual measures, art. 6.1.b GDPR). WhatsApp is a service by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., which processes data under its own policy. Messages are deleted within 30 days of closing the request.

The website links to Google Maps, delivery platforms and social networks. By clicking them you enter third party services with their own policies.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing (arts. 15 to 22 GDPR) by writing to info@howimetyoursmash.com. You can lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, www.garanteprivacy.it.
